Abstract
A model to study structure performance relationship of solid oxide fuel cell electrodes was developed. Adding a current collector layer made of electron conductors could increase the triple phase boundary line by at least 4%. Maximum length of triple phase boundary for particles of the same size occurred at equal volume percent of electron and ion conductor particles.
