Electrically driven exciton-polariton lasers

We report exciton-polariton laser operation under electrical pumping. The hybrid lightmatter nature of this lasing system is probed by measuring the exciton-polariton Zeeman-splitting, which clearly reveals that this laser remains in the strong coupling regime.
