Abstract
The Annual Meeting of the American Association of Cereal Chemists (AACC) was held at the Opryland Hotel, Nashville, TN on 23-27 October 1994. There were 1780 registered participants, reflecting the broad interest in cereal chemistry and its applications across both academia and industry.
