Abstract

We demonstrate experimentally sparsity-based super-resolution of coherent diffraction imaging (CDI) with extreme UV radiation. We also present the first experimental CDI of a practically one-dimensional object, overcoming the well-known ambiguity problem in onedimensional phase retrieval.
