Abstract

Solution-processible outcoupling structures and metallic grid/nanowire based electrodes were fabricated by spin coating, spraying, and transfer process. Outcoupling structures, such as scattering layer from titanium dioxide(TiO2) nanoparticle, corrugation pattern from a mixture of silicon dioxide (SiO2)/TiOx sol, and polymeric microlens from patterns of convective self-assembly of nanoparticles, were optimized and enhancement in the light extraction at phosphorescent OLEDs was evaluated.
