note = "Funding Information: The 5th International Technion Symposium of the symposia series “Technology for Peace—Science for Mankind” of the Austrian Technion Society took place in Vienna on 23–25 February, 2003. The Symposium was hosted and supported by the Austrian Technion Society—an organization acting to promote liaisons and collaboration between the scientists of Haifa{\textquoteright}s Technion—Israel Institute of Tech nology and Austrian universities and research institutions with a wider international context. Other organizations supporting the Symposium included the Austrian Academy of Sciences, the Austrian Federal Ministry of Education, Science and Culture, the Austrian Federal Ministry of Economy and Labor and European Gesellschaft fuer Aerosolforschung (GAeF). The Symposium was devoted to “Particulate Matter and Health” and comprised the following sessions:",
