Abstract

This chapter provides details on magnetically stimuli-responsive nanomedicine as targeted delivery of a therapeutic agent for breast cancer, which is an important aspect of nanomedicines. Stimuli responsive magnetic drug delivery exhibits great superiority for reversal of multiple drugs resistance in breast cancer. Nanomedicines are desirable for achieving site-specific accumulation and triggered drug release in response to external magnetic stimuli.
